Camp Keola is located within the Sierra National Forest on Huntington Lake, high in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, about fifty miles east of Fresno, CA. The facility provides the opportunity to experience the beauty and isolated quiet of a national forest in a comfortable atmosphere.
Facilities
- Keola can accommodate groups up to 150.
- Rustic bunk-style cabins sleep up to 120 guest, with boys and girls washhouses.
- Huntington Lodge is a modern lodge with 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It can host up to 16 guests. It has a central meeting room, which can double as a Chapel.
- The Dining Hall can seat 150 guests, and has a large stone fireplace and meeting room.
- A Nurses Cabin, and an Arts & Craft Cabin are available.
- There is a Campfire Circle with benches.
- A volleyball court, ballfield, ping-pong tables, hiking trails and lake provide recreation.
Rates
$82/night for Children, $84/night Adults
Camp Keola is available for rent for groups of up to 150. Rates are $82/night for Children age 3-12, and $84/night for youth/adults, and can be prorated for partial days.
Minimum rental is 2 nights/25 guests. Fees cover facility and recreation (including waterfront) use as well as three meals and a snack for a 24 hour period.
Keola provides the cooks, maintenance & housekeeping workers, lifeguards, and an onsite Director. The kitchen can accommodate special diets.
Rental groups provide their own leadership, nurse (or staff member with First Aid and CPR certification), and programming.
If you’ve never planned a camp or retreat before, don’t worry. Keola will gladly answer questions, let you know your options, and offer suggestions as you plan your event.
